vs
they've met before and ghost rider was actually scared
I can't think of any rules
Is Zarathos in control? If so he wins easily.
@TheMightyAvenger: classic ghost rider
@GiantsizeManThing: I would say that the burning touch would hurt ghost rider, it has hurt other very powerful demons before
if the statement stays true on a powerful demon putting him near death in his own realm, then I'm sure it will work on ghost rider
@TheMightyAvenger: I still think it's a good match but I'll side with man-thing for now but I'm thinking of changing which version ghost rider is. I'm siding with manny because he is more powerful than hulk in every way except strength and hulk beat modern ghost rider. I thought of intelligence but I still side with man-thing there because in his stories they say he has no mind, but for a character who "has no mind" he can accomplish an incredible amount with what he isn't supposed to have. for hulk his usual level of intelligence is about level 4. for the thing man-thing is he is on level 7
knowing someone who is hurt needs to be taken to the doctor
knowing people need burials to honor them and using tools
and then there is more. that is the stuff that always immediatly comes to my mind when I think of his intelligence
@TheMightyAvenger: Actually, man-thing does not have to be near the swamp to reform, he is a self contained ecosystem
and man-thing is incredibly resourceful when it comes to fire, even his own
also I just found that, being the gaurdian of the nexus of realities, man-thing can make himself as strong as he needs to be, so he is stronger than hulk
edit: I'm changing it to modern ghost rider and I say stalemate for now becuase I'm not sure how either can win. this would probably only happen if ghost rider walked into the swamp and misunderstood what man-thing was. there for, ghost rider's goal will be to destroy man-thing and man-thing's goal isn't exactly to kill ghost rider but to destroy his anger since it harms him. I haven't seen anything capable of "killing" ghost rider and man-thing's healing factor is too powerful. there are only 2 comics that I can think of where man-thing's healing factor wasn't good enough to help him, but even then he came back by the end of the comic. (those 2 are man-thing [older] #10 and marvel zombies, I can post those later )
Couldn't Ghost Rider burn Man Thing into nothingness before Man Thing had a chance to react? The guy seems to be made out of burnable material...
@TheMightyAvenger: I haven't seen that fight but that is PIS. daredevil should not be able to contend with ghost rider
@Chaos Burn: he is made of a burnable substance, but his healing factor is argueably the greatest in marvel so it wouldn't work. it would be like the following picture
it would be like that. man-thing would feel the pain but his healing factor would be too much for fire, even ghost riders to take effect
Hmm no rules...
Uglyness factor: Man-Thing for loking like Cthulhu.
Cool factor: Ghost Rider.
Power: Ghost Rider (gambling that a stream of hellfire can reduce most of the nearby foliage to nothing in short order)
Enviromentially benificial: Man-Thing
Man-Thing, even Zarathos would have issues. Man-Thing isnt just a Swamp monster
Zarathos beaten Man Thing easy already along with the rest of the Midnight Sons and Avenegers.
If Man-Thing and Ghost Rider fought, if it's a street skirmish, I think G-Rider would win. If it was a fight to the death, I think it's either a stalemate or a coin-flip. Very hard to say. But for what it's worth, both can give the Hulk a run for his money in my honest opinion.
