Man-At-Arms vs Batman

Man-At-Arms is from 80s Masters of the Universe.

Batman is from Super Friends.

So how well do the old school animated versions do against each other in combat?

Scenario 1] Teleported by Skeletor into a gladiatorial arena and forced to fight to the death; they have basic equipment.

Scenario 2] Some usual superhero mishap/crossover goodness has these two at odds with each other, some portal has opened up between their worlds as to how they can attack one another and they both get prep to take the other one out.

I'd take Man-at-Arms in the first scenario, but I'm guessing. I think he has superhuman strength and has had much physical training. But I wouldn't be surprised if Batman pulled out a victory.
