And then took Way Big's cosmic ray to face, got completely obliterated above torso and regenerated.

Malware can corrupt any technology by touching(including omnitrix). Ultron is a tech.

Malware seems specifically designed to beat characters like Ultron. Maaaaaybe Ultron in round 2 will be able to fight off Malware's virus infection and get a win but I doubt it.

Ultron uses an anti virus..
