Don't know much about GT, but I think Majuub?

SSJ4 Vegeta would beat Majuub, but if you restrict that form I think Majuub would take it.

Oh yeah. Rofl, forgot that Vegeta could do that. SSJ4 sounds like it'd be much stronger, but if I remember, Vegeta had to use Bulma's help.

Normally Uub had trouble with Base Goku. If my made up calculations are correct, Majuub should be around a SSJ. He didn't really give Super Baby Vegeta much of a fight, just annoyed him with his resilience. Vegeta vastly outclasses him in experience, feats, and mustache. I believe Vegeta is stronger thanks to powerscaling.

Uub, in the begining of GT, was equal to Base Goku. After fusing with Buu he became more powerful than ssj3 Goku, even with his tail. This is shown by the fact that Uub was able to put up a better fight against Final Form Baby Vegeta.

So Uub would stomp Vegeta, unless if he goes ssj 4.

Vegeta can't win without ssj4, but in that case he would outright stomp instead.
