Major Force vs. Namor

The fight takes place in New York. Morals apply for both characters, and they are both fighting at full power and capacity. Assume that Namor is soaking wet. They are standing 20 feet from each other. Who wins?
 

Major Force beats tartar sauce outta Namor's emotional ass.

Major Force is a contender for Green Lanterns and Superman level characters he is out of Namor's League.

If Major Force is fighting at full capacity, does that mean he is fighting like someone who is barely competent?

Major force Sadly......but not easy.....because he is REALLY stupid....and Namor isn't at all Stupid lol

major force... has energy projection abilities and is all around more powerful. might not be stronger though
