Majestic vs Luthor

Just finished the Majestic/DC crossover issues, and I was wondering, how would Majestic and Luthor react to each other? After all the stuff Majestic pulled in Metropolis, what would Luthor's reaction be?

Better yet, how would he fair against the rest of Superman's rogues gallery?

Mr.Majestic is superior to Superman in every way from what I hear. (Don't know if it's true) Plus he's more ruthless which means it wouldn't end well for Superman's enemies.

Majestic would be more of a threat to Superman`s Rogues Gallery and overall his main enemy Luthor IMO.

Majestic would kill Luthor once he finds out what hes capable of. He doesn't have Clark's boyscout morals.
