I'm not sure if BA can be affected by TP. But I am sure these three will die before they knew what hit them. This isn't even a fight, it's a mutant + douche massacre.

The OP didn't state whether the selected heroes/villains are in character. The OP didn't state if the team have prep time. The OP didn't state the starting point for each character in the battlefield. Therefore I assumed this situation of how the battle will take place...
The three marvel characters are talking and strolling around a random area of the x-mansion (I'm thinking an open field/garden of the mansion). BA having a bad day, flies over the mansion's airspace and Tony detects an intruder. He flies to talk to BA and asks him who he is. BA ignores him and proceeds to fly away. Tony - being a douche - follows and confronts him, BA then punches Tony's helmet and it went through his skull.
Professor X senses that Iron Man's thoughts have disappeared and senses agony, he tells Magneto but before he finishes his sentence. BA blitzes Mags and kicks Professor off his wheelchair. He then pummels professor X with Magneto's helmet. The mutants in the academy tries to help, in the end BA kills everyone.
Now that's how I envision BA would start a fight? Unless OP states otherwise.
@The Mango: The scenario I posted was how I deduced the battle in my head. That is still how BA will react, that is still his character. A battle will always have a scenario, how else will it take place? Just out of nowhere people started bashing each other?
By let's say it's just a battle, a-la Street Fighter. 3 vs 1. Round 1... FIGHT!
Iron-Man: "Repulsor Bla--" *gets his face punched in by BA* Magneto: "Force Field" ... "I will use the all the earth's metals and all the iron inside you!!" *concentrates*
