NO. in fact MM can take entire marvel team by himself. the only problem here is prep time

I hope you don't figure on MM beating them with tp, since Mags is all but immune, and so is Doom with his magic. As for physically, Mag's shields have withstood Thors hammer, simultaneous strikes from Thor and She Hulk, and blasts from Phoenix and Galactus, so physical won't do here either. The danger from DC here is MM's intangibility, which Doom and Mags should be able to deal with, and Kyle who I would say should win this for his team, but who has a tendancy toward idiocy with his ring and whose autoshields rarely seem to work. In light of that, I'll say Marvel wins, mostly because all of the DC'ers seem to be weak to magic. p.s. Antimagnetics don't work on Mags, that is only a small aspect of his power.
