should be a pretty good fight given Vector's TK to block the metal projectiles and his blasts might get through Mag's shield eventually, but i think Mags is better at battle tactics and should be able to fake him out and catch Vector off guard during the fight. his magnetism could also overpower Vector's TK like what Hulk has done before so it "back fires" on him, especially with all the metal in an entire hardware store.
He's the guy who blasted all the flash off the Hulk back in the day, if you've seen that. He can reflect anything away from himself; usually it's physical things or energy blasts, but he's also reflected really abstract things like a spell from Dr. Strange trying to find him, if I recall.
