Interesting fight especially that Magneto's powers have constantly been upgraded enough to level gods. But Jackie's powers are magical in nature and needless to say, contains forces of divine and cosmic in nature. Unless some writers can think of a way that this can be disrupted by an electromagnetic something... Magneto has no chance in winning.
