Magneto vs. Storm (Movie)

Now in the first movie Storm was rather slow in the use of her powers and couldn't really fly all that much, but by the third film Storm seemed highly upgraded and in my opinion could easily take on Magneto herself. So, I ask you fellow Viners, what do you think about this match-up in the movie-verse? 
 
3 rounds. In-character. Both know who they're up against. 
 
1: This is set on the streets of New York where both start on the opposite sides of the road, up on the top of buildings. Crowded streets below filled with homo-sapiens. Both fight and win in any method of ways. 
 
2: Out in the dense forest. Both start at a long distance apart and can't clearly see the other. Wolverine has been captured and being suspended in the air. No other forms of metal in the location. Same victory conditions. 
 
3: Golden Gate Bridge. Added twist. Magneto and Storm are also under attack constantly throughout their bout. Randomly the likes of Spider-Man, Human Torch, Jean Grey (as she was in X2 BEFORE she went Phoenix) The Abomination, Green Goblin, and Cyclops will appear one at a time to interfere with BOTH combatants. 
 
Sorry if this just sucks. =p

I think Storm has the edge in these fights. Movie Magneto has never shown anything near the level of power he has in the comics, and was never shown using a personal force-field or anything like that. In the first movie, Cyclops instructed Storm to fry Magneto with a bolt of lightning, implying that it would be very easy to do. The only reason she didn't was because they were all in the middle of a highly-conductive bowl.

The movie would be cool.
