Magneto vs Storm and She-hulk - Battles

Battle takes in Manhatten and they all meet randomely , the two heroines decide to team up and take down mags .
I would say mags wins who do you think takes this ?

Magneto, he defeated the Xmen all the time with ororo on the team, and now ororo with She hulk??He thears the iron out of ororos blood killing her and then drops something heavy on she hulk until she passes out...

Magneto stated himself that Storm never really tried to defeat him and then Storm expressed her fear of killing Magneto, and also storm vowed to never take another person's life. But if she didn't make that vow she would give mags a run for his money by herself but magneto doesn't really care who he kills.
