just read his bio, he sounds pretty awesome, but i think magneto has this one, since he is an android, wouldnt that make him vulnerable to magnetism? picturing this battle, all i could see is debree...everywhere lol. but in the end, magneto i suppose.

Could be wrong, but I think Red Tornado is immune to magnetic manipulation. Could be wrong, though. I am no expert on RT.

Mags takes this. If he places up a magnetic shield around himself so he's not blown into a building at 200mph, he should just be able to tear RT to his raw components

wouldnt RT be able to crush magneto as well? RT is an air elemtental right? i mean he may not be able to control each & every car (or trucks) like magneto can, but im sure he could counter or attack first with just as much force, wouldnt you think so?
