Sorry for the late response. A little busy
I did read the chapter's and know he can do that, but first of all that was Nagato himself who used that technique, none of his bodies have shown to be able to do that. Also Nagato would need to be close to Magneto in order for his technique to reach him and work. When he attacked those shinobi, it was stated that the snake like entity that came out would need physcial contact for it to work. Magneto can get by this by putting up his shiled. I doubt the entity can phase through something that has survived nuclear explosions. Even if it can get through, Magneto can kill nagato much quicker, than Nagato can use that technique. He's subjected to spending his time in a giant machine. Magneto can just compress it and break every bone in nagato;s body.

only so of his attacks are close range peins primary power is to exert alot of force, force so strong it can destroy a city if mags doesnt end this quick its a good chance he will get oneshotted
@Grand Ninja: You are wrong. Chakra is a mixture of spiritual and physical energies in the Narutoverse. Magneto's powers work on a different concept. He uses raw naturally occurring electrical and magnetic energies. They are very different. It be like that Pein is trying to absorb a lightning bolt from the sky. He would be able to absorb it.
