Depends which Magneto.

Water molecules are polar and therefore can be affected by magnetic fields, so ocean master can't do anything to magneto. magneto can use his magnetism to crush ocean master with huge chunks of metal.

Still Magneto. Lightnings only boosts his power and hurricanes won't stop him. Plus I don't recall this trident being magic (while it could be - I just don't know it yet), so it should be affected by Mags.

Magneto is overhyped. He has lost plenty of times. He is not an all powerful god. Oceanmaster is a high end weather manipulator, general, strength comparable to aquaman (enough to make superman bleed), magic trident and face mask, I do believe his lightning has something to so with nekron? If so his lightnig could probably get past his shields if they are up. And I believe oceanmaster to be durable enough to take some of what magneto has to offer while magneto only has like human durability in the end. It will be very close but it's not a stomp for either side.

Oceanmaster is stronger and better fighter. Perhaps trident can't be affected by magnetic power then Orm probably wins.

Magneto should win. He's affected magic weapons before (Thor's hammer).
