The Human Torch emits a fiery plasma from his body to fly, throw 'fireballs' etc.
Remember that a flame is an exothermic, self-sustaining, oxidizing chemical reaction producing energy and glowing hot matter, of which a very small portion is plasma.
In this case as the Torch's flame does not consume anything for this reaction, his flame must in fact be all plasma based. It simply ignites the air (and microscopic debris in the air) around it and thus has a flaming look about it.
Plasma is typically an ionized gas. Plasma is considered to be a distinct state of matter, apart from gases, because of its unique properties. Ionized refers to the presence of one or more free electrons, which are not bound to an atom or molecule. The free electric charges make the plasma electrically conductive so that it responds strongly to electromagnetic fields.
Therefore Magneto should be able to redirect, disperse or hold off the Torch's attacks.
The Human Torch's plasma also emits a lot of Infrared radiation (Infrared light). This in theory could be also used to transmit energy to 'heat' up Magneto.
However, Magneto's control of energy extends to the rest of the EM spectrum (to a lesser degree) and this includes IR light - so again he can block or control this energy emission.

Pyro:
Pyro uses a flamethrower that Magneto can destroy.
Pyro could then simply use the fire of his companions to manipulate for effects. Their fire is still plasma based and thus as mentioned for the Human Torch, Magneto can block/control it's effects.

Fire Star:
She projects microwave radiation, that is part of the EM spectrum so Magneto can 'block her powers' and shield himself from them. She flies by the microwave radiation heating the air around her, causing it to become plasma. Like already mentioned, Magneto can effect plasma, so he could simply remove the buyount plasma or block her microwave emissions to stop them heating the air.
The only issue with Firestar is that her power levels are immensely high. She has in the past been able to repower a Sh'iar transport instellar transport gate with relative ease. This amount of power might tax Magneto to block when splitting his attaention.

Here's some stuff on Firelord from the OHOTMU,

Firelord possesses the ability to manipulate cosmic energy in the form of stellar fire. His entire organic carbon-based body was transformed to accommodate the nuclear energies that course through him. These energies make him the humanoid equivalent of a miniature sun. Projected from any point on his body at mental command, Firelords energies encompass the entire electromagnetic spectrum possessed by a star: heat, light, gravity, radio waves, and charged particles. Although Firelord still possesses a solid physical body, he is virtually impervious to most forms of physical harm. His body automatically incinerates any projectile before it reaches the surface of his "skin." He is immune to disease, aging, and muscle fatigue. He no longer needs to eat since his body takes its nourishment from the carbon-carbon cycle of solar fusion. He no longer needs to breathe air and hence can exist indefinitely in the hard vacuum of space.

If this was Magneto vs the first 3 I would back him for the win. However the addition of Firelord really tips the balance (as by himself he is as powerful, if not more so, than the first 3) as Firelord has a far broader repotoire of powers than simple fire projection and control.
