Unless you take away Peter's scream he could take out full-power Magneto let alone this weaker version.
@comic_book_fan: Peter lobotomized ten people just by screaming. Magneto has no counter to that.
@comic_book_fan: Thats beacuse Magneto has the helmet that stops Xavier's telepathy. Peter's scream is sonic based not Telepathic based and it destroys your brain from the inside out. Don't see how Magneto countering Xavier is relevant as both his and Peters powers work completely differently.

Whoa. This guy sounds pretty beastly. I give him the nod on this one. The real question is: How soon will we see a "Harbinger VS Black Bolt" thread once this guy's popularity builds up around here on the 'Vine?
@heraldofganthet: He's not on Black bolt's level

Gotcha. That's helpful, as I know little about this guy. He sounds powerful though.
I will go with Magneto.
I feel like this is a fight between a more powerful but relatively less experienced kid vs a battle horned very well experienced adult. I think its the experience thats telling.
I normally would take Mags, however not that's his power has been reduced due to AvX, it's a much closer battle that I see Peter winning

Yeah he's not on Black Bolt's level but he's still pretty damn scary. Here's the scan that's being referenced. As he could use mind-control on them (due to the helmets stopping TP) he lobotomized them via his scream:

I don't think that his scream is sonic based, it's more like a telepathic scream, some kind of psionic attack(since he's shown to have telepathy and telekinesis, no sonic attacks). So Erik should be able to resist to it thanks to his helmet and his skills, and he could win manipulating his blood(he can still use his powers to manipulate small portion of iron, the iron in the blood shouldn't be difficult for him).

I loved that issue, especially when he tells Tull that he's his father
@veitha: Pete's scream is a mystery because people who have pisonic immunity still hear it. For example Project Rising Spirits soldiers have helmets that negate telepathy but they can still be effected. From what I can work out the scream is a physical manifestation of the noise in his head. In the comics it is even represented as being heard with a screeching sound. Something that is unlikely to be the case if Peter's scream was telepathic as it would be completely silent.
@strider92: I think that it's some kind of a manifestation of his psionic potential, like Psylocke's psionic dagger, which can cut through psionic shields, too. His telepathic/telekinetic scream might be so strong that it breaks those psionic shields. I don't think that it's an actual scream.
@veitha: I won't argue that it isn't psionic (ChaosMarvel got that wrong its definitely psionic in nature) however the effect is physical. Whatever he's doing it is heard physically hence why people try to clamp their hands over their ears to prevent trying to hear it the same way as Psylocke's blades are physical. I don't see why Mag's helmet in this case would give him any more defense against Peter's scream as it would against getting stabbed by Psylocke's blades considering they both work physically in the same sort of way just have a different effect.
