Magneto hopes to find the Genie of the Lamp to bring order into the world of Chaos after the crisis events which took place during the Apocalypse Wars. Magneto along with Bishop fly down to Agriba where they finally laid eyes on the Lamp. However after Magneto rubs it, a red Genie appeared before him.

"Genie! Release this world from chaos!"

The red Genie did not obey Magneto's bidding; But instead spoke the worlds. "If your 1st wish is to grant me freedom, then I will grant you this wish.. hehehe"

Magneto sensing that something definitely wrong is about to happen and then ZAP! Jafar zaped Bishop into a infantry telling Magneto that all the people around the whole had been clense from chaos by turning them all to infants.

Magneto lashed! "You twist my words Genie!, reverse that wish otherwise, I; MAGNETO!!! will force you to do so!"

And the battle begins!

Who wins? and why?

How does Magneto win here ? Genie Jafar may cant kill Magneto but that doesnt mean he cant use his magic to turn him into a Potato or something ?

THE GENIE RULES IN GENERAL

only use power when the owner( OR MASTER) of the lamp maKeS a wish.
He can't kill anyone,
he can't make people fall in love and
he couldn't revive the dead.
Each master had three such wishes. not the genie

Genie Jafar cons

He is handicapped by the incompetence of his new master, Mal
Only mal has power technically. NOt the genie

yeah i said that earlier in the thread Magneto wins!!, but jafars lamp is black. Magneto should be able to break the lamp apart with his powers
