Magneto has said that Exodus has even greater power than himself and Exodu said he would never dream of challenging Magneto because he's too powerful. Based only on their feats shown I would have to lean toward Magneto since Exodus's abilities at least to a degree are limited by his confidence level. I don't see him having or maintaining his confidence for long against Mags, and the longer the fight the more it will go in Magneto's favor, even if Exodus started at full confidence. I'd like to say it would be close since Exodus' power level is near Magneto's, but I think Magneto should win surprisingly easily.
Exodus at full power can stomp magneto, but anything less than full power exodus starts to jobber, his power set depends on psycology, confidence and the number of faithful followers he has
Exodus has so many powers that Rogue could only absorb one at a time. I guess it would depend on the Acolytes being with him, as his power at least partially depends on his followers and his confidence. I think at full power, he can defeat Magneto with relative ease considering he screwed Genosha while fighting avengers and x-men. He's also revitalized himself, Professor X among others. His telepathic powers won't do anything with Magneto's helmet, but clearly he has no need for that when he can reassemble matter altogether. They both can fly, teleport (Mags uses a wormhole,) use some form of levitating extreme weight, and superhuman strength. It's a pretty hard-fought battle, but Exodus would probably win.
@moonman78: very true... i would honestly say that exodus has a wider power set... but there power outage is roughly the same, but exodus is at a disadvantage because of his psychological component. and the telepathy wont even be a problem considering mags will have the helmet
Which version of Exodus? Because I've only read the one from X-men Legacy. How strong is that version compared to Fatal Attractions version? [Which I haven't read]
