Move Magneto. Movie Bruce is not as smart as his comic book counterpart. So while Magneto is not as powerful, Bruce is not as prepared.

intresting. i do know batman in movies. he usually looses 1st . learning more about his opponent. i'm sure the 2nd time they fight, batman would win.

You didn't say they fight twice. Or stipulate any prep time. You have to spell these thing out other wise people assume this is a basic straight up "two guys meet each other in the middle of the street and throw down" mano e mano fight.

Random encounter? Magneto, in a curb stomp. Prep time? Maybe Bruce. Remember if Bruce gets prep time, Mags does as well.
