Magneto (UMVC3) vs Juggernaut (MSH)

Using Game Engine mechanics:

• Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3 Magneto
• Marvel Super Heroes Juggernaut

This is tough because the health bars and damage scaling in both games are totally different but the fact is Magneto has the The air loops, and Gravity Squeeze. I'm not gonna count X-factor but if Juggs was in this game he would be a mix of Hulk and Ghost Rider, a very tough character to get around.

If it was MVC2 i'd definitely have to say Magneto since you could stun lock with him, but MVC3 he was a much lower tier pick (IIRC).
