No. There are several characters with magical shields etc who would be protected from that sort of thing.

Also, durable characters like Superman would destroy him.

What character with a magical shield can prevent their iron in their blood from being thrown around their body at high speed rupturing everything?

For example, Dr Doom's magical defenses stop Sue Storm from putting shields into his body. That's enough to suggest that magical shields protect the caster from internal attacks as well as external.

It has been shown if you are durable enough his manipulation of iron in your blood wont work. He can also be blitzed.

To my knowledge he hasn't manipulated the blood of someone as durable as superman so he shouldn't beat superman.

Seriously though, outside of the speedblitz option, Genoshan scientists found a way to deactivate the mutagenic "X-Factor" with their Slave Collar technology over 30 Marvel Universe years ago. Nothing you can buy in a store today is at the same level of quality or tech that it had in the early 1980's. Those collars could easily be converted into a beam type weapon or something by now and the fact that they (SHIELD and others like them) have'nt by now is just shameful. In my opinion.

And no, the "Iron in the blood = Autowin" doesn't work in comics. If a character's body is stronger than the output he can pump out, then they would survive. Aka if they are as strong on the inside as they are on the outside.

magneto can manipulate atoms so he should be able to beat most people but not everyone.
