I go for marvel. Magneto and Polaris have teamed-up well together in the past. Magneto's 60 years of experience with his power should be enough to win it.

Magneto would have to utilize the obscure abilities his control over the electromagnetic field gives him, such as shutting down the opposing team's brains, or ripping the iron out of their blood.

I don't know enough about the DC team to judge that, Magneto and Polaris are pretty adept fighters though
