i never said he didnt do it, but thats not a speed feat. Not to mention there are humans that cut bullet in half with a sword. Its merely a reaction feat. He is nowhere near vlads level of speed.

Also no a human has never cut a bullet in half lol, that study was a guy cutting a beebee gun bullet which is basically a spring loaded and launched plastic projectile not a chemically launched projectile going 800 ft per second.

Thats not a perception he can literaly feel the presence of metal and stop it. Shown it many times before. Nothing to do with perception. Remeber when qs was saving them and moving bullets around. pretty clear his perception and reflexes are miles of. You are literaly making up unnecessary stuff.

Which is a bullet level speed feat. Magneto has not shown anything better either. Even if we lets say just wank and say he is bullet timer in terms of reaction, that is still nowhere near vlads level of combat speed.
