Magik vs Azazel

Well im guessing that Azazel is a higher form of Nc So he can probably teleport better then his sons. Im giving this to azazel

Yes she can but I don't think its on the same level of teleporting as his  due to the fact he has had  thousands of years to perfect these skills while magik still hasn't perfected any of hers
 
Also the fact that it took angel's from heaven to seal him in the brimstone dimension and  not to kill him  probably shows how big of a threat he is [ well not entirely sure if they are angels and demons but still ]

If they are in Limbo, Magik is more powerful and would win. 
 
I don't think she can beat him on Earth, though. Despite my annoyance with him, Azazel is a master swordsman and has enough powers to destroy her, despite her superior teleportation potential and Soulsword.

I've heard before that Magik is nigh unbeatable in Limbo. I'm not particularly knowledgeable about the character, however.
