I can accept that only if we consider scaling, don't remember her doing anything close to that.

Thor is a powerhouse of the Marvel Universe.

Madara is a power house in the Naruto Universe.

You say that Genjutsu won't work on Thor because he is a Asgardian. I say bull shit. Thor has never fought someone using illusion type attacks before. So for all we know once Thor charges head on into battle Madara would place him in a Genjutsu. Thor would be thinking he is beating the shit out of Madara when in reality Madara is just Mind fucking Thor the whole time. And then when Thor is exhausted from fighting an illusion Madara comes in for the kill with Sussanno.

@eldest808: genjutsu won't work on an asgardian like thor because they don't have chakra to be manipulated by it. he also has illusion resistance feats in the past.

you really can't compare madara to thor when the former can't even bust a planet while the latter can bust a planet easily.

i mean how does someone get the idea of creating such a battle? i havent read a single thor comic but its enough to just read one thread with a battle thor is involved to see that this is a mismatch

I can only envision Madara beating Thor by using Genjutsu. If that fails, Madara is done for.

Everyone has Chakra. Even if they don't know how to use it. Where do you think Iron Fist gets his powers from?

We have no proof that anything coming from outside earth has chakra....

Forgot to mention that Thor has the Odin Force which = "Asgardian Chakra".

The Odin Force is Elemental Life Energy which is the same thing as Chakra. It doesn't matter if it is Human, Alien, or "Gods".

Iron-fist has Chi not Chakra they might be similar but they are 2 completely separate things. Its like saying the "force" (star wars) is chakra. Two completely separate entities. If this battle was to ever occur Madara obviously continues to contain his chakra but Thor doesn't because like I've stated before two completely separate things

Is this Edo Tensei Madara with hashirama cells ? If yes , he haves good chances here.

NLF, so we don't assume it's indestructible in auto, we assume a strength far superior to anyone that hit it before will break it.

There's no evidence it's indestructible......and we have no reason to assume it is.....

If it was, rending him immune to physical blows, why wouldn't he use it against Might Guy, that has only that kind of offensive capability?

For the sake of decent battle threads, we assume he's as strong as if his limit is the heaviest thing he lifted up till now, we will never assume he has unlimited strength!

Madara was nearly killed by guy, who uses only physical attacks.

If the susanoo was even barely on the power level you are trying to put it at, give me a decent reason for madara not using it.
