no not correct, this is not a novice, Madara is one of the best tactitians in Narutoverse he won't make the same mistake twice. once Izanagi activates, his body will vanish in front of Superman's eyes, Superman won't understand what's happenning, he will think maybe this is a teleportation, so he will use his super vision, and finds out that Madara is already waiting for him on earth, Superman then, will rush to his position, then :

1st scenario : Superman catches him again and throw him out of orbit and go home, suddenly his home turns to hell, and burns him with Louis dying in front of him. what happened? oooh, he was already under Genjutsu when he looked to him on earth. Superman is actually standing freezed and day dreaming, while Madara is using Human Path to take out his soul

2nd scenario : Superman catches Madara, and pooof!! Madara turns to tree stump using kawarimi, suddenly, from underground, Madara pulls out his arms and catches Superman, once touched Huma Path takes out his soul. Superman dies.

3rd scenario : Superman catches Madara, and pooof!! Madara turns to tree stump using kawarimi, at the same time, from behind, Madara appears and try to hit Superman, Supemran uses his super speed to dodge and counter attack, suddenly somthing invisible catches Superman, and slow him down, it's Madara's Limbo technique, using a shadow version of himself, then Madara touching him, uses Human Path and ripes his soul.

i can come out with so many other scenarios. but that's enough.

Superman wins...if madara has magic then there's a fight.
