Make no mistake, wb IS powerful. But toby is currently handling about six powerful people, a multitude of quite strong ones and entire shinobi army by himself. He's a bit overkill for any hst character, except for original so6p, and there is a chance he might be rivaling him soon..

Is... is that Dragon? Having just found this thread and assuming from past posts you replaced Roger with dragon I think you found someone with even less feats lol. And I came here expecting just Madara, which might have been plausible XD With Obito jinchuuriki version this is complete and total spite. The ten tails is literally the power of all of the other tailed beasts. Luffy and Zoro would be the only ones able to do any real damage, I guess technically Shanks too but he's kinda featless, but going off the power he's supposed to have it wouldn't be a bad assumption. Sanji may be able to do something, but compared to the others his destructive capabilities are not as impressive. But seriously... Obito's just gonna blow them all up T.T

What are Shanks/Dragon doing here? In badassery (is that even a word ^^) they are cleary > all but with no feats not usable in a fight.

Take out the Strawhats for people who will put up a fight. Shanks and M.D.D should be able to give Madara and Jubito a run for their money based on hype, but they have no real feats.

Maybe some admirals, maybe garp, some Warlords, some of the supernovas but they're relatively featless except for Law, Enel, marco(also almost featless though .-.), etc.
