Mr. Fantastic with 20 hours prep time, that like giving him a year. He would invent something to beat Rouge and find the bomb and disarm it easily. Mr. Fantastic is an A list hero. Rouge is a b-list villain. She usually deals with Teen Titians and Doom Patrol. I guess you can make the comparison that the Doom Patrol is like the Fantastic 4, But give reed enough time, he would figure out a way to beat someone. 

I did not see the prep, Mr.Fantastic will win =)
