Prep for both. Morals are off. Bloodlust is on and the fight is to the death, taking place in a space museum in England. Who will win? The Jedi or the Half-Blood Prince?

Mace would win. The Force allows for pre-cognition and enhanced reflexes/speed. Mace would win via speedblitz.

The only way Snape wins is by sneak attack during prep time. Should be his first order of business but knowing Mace Windu is a Jedi, he should be able to see it coming.

Windu stomps. He's far faster, more powerful, durable, and agile than Snape will ever hope to be.

While Snape tries to get a curse off, Mace has speedblitzed him and decapitated him before he can utter the first word. Or has used TK to crush his chest cavity, or TKed him into a wall with enough force to crush his skull...

Only way for Snape to win is with a lucky death curse. Mace 9/10 times.
