No Lightsaber 
Mace has no weapons
Standard gear for TMNT 
Fight takes place in a Subway in NY 
Mace can use any weapons laying around in the sub way 
he can only use his Force powers to grab weapons and push the Turtels no choking or crushing them with it

Mace wins.

So Mace's pre-cog type Force powers where he can see weak points in structures, and punch through almost anything is out? It doesn't matter anyway. Mace will just pluck their eyes out of their sockets.

Well I could see if all u seen is the star wars movies luke does not exactly impress that much especially with no lightsaber. Now if u are like me and I assume u JediXman and have read some books or comics then u know that Luke is the greatest jedi of all time.
