Who wins and why?

@44orhsaj: I don't know much about Windu, but Anakin is apparently a protege, and has lightsaber skills comparable to Yoda, his force prowess is also very impressive as far as I know.

Mace Windu. More skilled duelist, and comparable in the Force.

@dccomicsrule2011: I don't know much about Star Wars, so if you're going with Windu, I'm going with Windu.

LAL. I'm flattered, but I'm not infallible. As crazy as it may seem, I could be wrong sometimes. :O

If Sidious hadn't intervened in Anakin's fight with Windu, Windu probably would have taken it.

Is this Anakin in character after or before being brainwashed by the emperor?

@dccomicsrule2011: Your knowledge is still far better than mine, I don't know jack squat about comparisons in between Star Wars characters.

Anakin isn't hindered. Whichever version makes this a closer fight.

@beware_my_power: I remember fighting against Windu in the video game adaptation of the movie on the PS2. Windu curbstomped my Anakin's behind so hard I was afraid he'd leave a permanent boot print. If Windu was made to be the hardest boss fight in the game, then I'm sure it has to mean something.

@the_knight_rhoden: it's fitting that he's a hard boss fight, but I don't think you can use that as debating material :P

Windu, better duelist and not far off in force power either (this goes for legends versions as well)

Windu > Obi Wan, he won't hold back like Obi Wan either. Even Dooku didn't want to fight Windu.

Legends Windu is nowhere near Anakin in the Force....

Is he? Even this version of Anakin ragdolled Ventress who's not really any weaker than Windu.

Ventress has also TK'ed Anakin on several occasions, and to be frank - nothing canon Anakin has done is really better than Windu pushing a AT-ET off a cliff-side.

TCW inconsistency-though I guess it goes both ways. I don't really know how powerful canon Ventress is anyway.

Mace's edge over Anakin in terms of dueling ability is marginal at best, we've seen Anakin take it to Dooku and Canon has stated several times that the Count and Windu are equals.

Anakin should have a rather noticeable force edge though, I'd give it to Skywalker 6.5/10 times.

When was it stated in CANON, that Dooku and Mace were even? I recall that only being stated in Legends canon.

I couldn't remember if it was stated in the RotS novel in addition to the Power of the Jedi Sourcebook, my bad. Still, Mace doesn't have any dueling feats that put him above Dooku even going by strict Disney Canon. I don't see why one couldn't consider them equals even without the Legends confirmation.

Windu has no canon qoutes of hitting harder tham a metoer, or smashing Obi Wan's bones with his force amp power. TK means little when Anakin does not use Tk all that much, but uses the Force to amp himself.

Ventress TKed Anakin Pre Season five. it is stated as fact Anakin after Ahsoka gain way more power during Season 5. So its not accurate to use Ventress on a weaker Anakin as proof of anything.

There is no argument here. One route states Mace is borderline nine while Anakin is a nine.

Windu stomps. Anakin lost to Obi Wan and we know Obi Wan was not strong enough to even face the Emperor from Yoda's statement. Mace beat Emperor. Case closed. He is on a different level.

Rage Amp as in what he did to Dooku or Rage Amp as in Knightfall? Either way he wins.

Without anakins amp or maces amp if it's pre dooku rots fight mace wins if one has the amp over the other than that one wins st least rots versions
