Taskmaster's a bad dude. But copying someone's moves in a h2h or weapons fight is a LOT different than trying not to get crushed like an empty soda can by telekinesis from a distance.

Well, the guy can (and has) reflected Hadokens with his hands behind his back. They move way faster than any jab Tasky's ever going to throw. With that kind of Telekinetic skill, I don't know if Taskmaster would ever land a hit.
But at least we agree that M. Bison would win so that something, eh?;)

My thinking on the reflect is that setting up a psycho barrier and sending back a Hadouken is easier than sending back rapid punches in cqc for Bison (as well as very different). There is a reason Bison chose not to Ryu and Ken at first, fighting in h2h is more dangerous for him than at range.
But yeah, Bison should be able tele-throw TM around like a rag doll at range.
I guess it depends on version of M.Bison we're talking here. Anime M.Bison would murderstomp, he had telepathy/telekinesis/energy projection and could move so fast he was a blur and that not even including his h2h abilities.
Videogame M.Bison, idk? Tasky has a better chance I guess but still would prolly lose
