Spidey sense can be outdone if the opponent has comparable speed and reflexes, which Bison may very well have.
Far as I know the only person who has ever technically solo'd Bison in street fighter universe is Akuma right?
Akuma beat Bison in a surprise attack. I don't know if that says anything about Bison's reflexes or not, but yeah, Bison's teleportation could be a problem.
Spiderman should at least be a good matchup for Bison. How does spidey sense work against teleporters, does he sense where they're going before they get there? Also, I don't think Bison has the speed to keep up with Spiderman.
Bison crushes this with prejudice. I love Spidey, but Bison beats people up, he can teleport, has the psycho power or w e its called that does....stuff. Spidey gets cram jammed. 20 tons pfff please. I have no idea how strong bison is I'm just gambling here I say Bison. Psycho power. Rarrrg. Bison. Psycho. Adams family.

...ok.assuming this is regular bison with the psycho drive and not final bison, spiderman punches his skull in. Assuming prep involves taking over Ryu's body, he goes Final Bison and murder death kills Spiderman.
