fight takes place on arkham island from batman A.A. Lyra starts in arkham north 
x-23 in arkham west 
spider-woman in arkham east 
elektra in akham south

 
they have basic knowledge of each other all are willing to do whatever it takes win by ko, death or bfr 
remember they all have high fighting skills and lyra doesn't get weaker with rage anymore

Lyra or maybe Elektra if she uses her powers.

Elektra gets my vote though Spiderwoman can be a heavy hitter is she plays her cards right.

Lyra, she far outclasses all the other women in terms of power and sheer strength.

Maybe lyra. Idk a lot about her but I'm pretty sure she has a huge stat advantage, at least in raw strength. X-23 might be able to take out spider-woman as she's been able to keep up with similar opponents like spider-man. Elektra is probably the most skilled but she's outclassed due to everyone else being superhuman. Probably lyra > jessica = x-23 > elektra

Don’t sleep on Spider-Woman. She can keep and even beat many of the main avengers members
