Aarows usually go from 150-200mph. This bow probably draws the arrow at 350mph since the force is very high. It could even be 400. So technically yujiro can break the speed of sound to be able to run that fast. It has to be at least more than 15-20x as fast as the arrow flies. because he was able to get there once the arrow released. His reaction has to be .0001 of a second.

Yujiro is a bad boy. More Luther feats please. Him dodging bullets isn't enough to convince me, what else has he done?

@drfate: If you want DBZ vs comic try anime vice , the only rule there is no superman family vs DBZ @drfate: because of some DBZ fans that are a bot extreme cause flame wars , trolling , ect and some comic fans do the same undermining DBZ , ect
