Eh, Luther should probably win from where I'm at in flash. I think I underestimated Ultimate Peter when I made the other thread.

Until recently I guess I was low balling Luther, given current understanding of him Luther should win with relative ease.

Is CW flash THAT slow ? + can't he phase into Luther?
