Otto wins.

His arms react to people faster than Strode and Strode won't be able to break out if he's grabbed.

Meh.... Strode is as fast as most showings of Spider Man by art. He also has insane accuracy due to his powers with throwing projectiles.

I guess Ock would win since he did tangle with the Hulk way back.

Well, he's really not much faster than Cassandra Cain if you actually look at what's happening within the art.

Im still on the fence. Doc Ock has bullet speed tentacles, four them to boot, and there pretty much unbreakable, as well easy Spider Man strength with them. However he is a glass canon. His durability is only human, and one good attack from Strode will drop him. possible to get that attack in since Strode is bullet speed himself, and has very good healing factor. Add to that luther can throw projectiles at deadly speeds with deadly accuracy too.

Go either way to me.

Hey, the man said it himself.

He had adamantium and Hulk came back and whooped Ock in a way that pretty much mocked the original writer for allowing him to get the win in the first place.
