we like have a battle project and these are the two characters my friend got so i was curious who did you guys think would win

The Hulk should win this. Remember when some Jedi use their light sabers to cut through steel walls. It takes a good deal effort to get through those. I don't think it would cut hulks skin before he could mess up Luke.
It depends on which Luke. Post-New Jedi Order Grandmaster Luke might have a chance. Any other version is probably going to die very quickly. Hulk has taken far more punishment over the years than Luke can dish out, and Luke's never faced anything with the Hulk's strength or durability.
How exactly? Luke's TK is pretty feeble by Marvel Universe standards, and his speed and agility are only slightly superhuman at best. The Hulk can regenerate from any damage Luke inflicts, and it only takes one punch to turn Luke into a splatter.
well can adamantium damage hulk to a large amount? cause there was a forum where it was asked if a lightsabre could cut through adamantium and the concensus was no. and is a light sabre stronger than a nuclear blast cause hasn't the hulk survived that? and if its WWH i dont know if mind control or the like will make a difference if dr strange cant control him then luke cant.

WWH didn't exist then, we are talking about a completely different beast... one that demolished blackbolt, iron man, the fan four and seriously hurt dr strange with no effort at all. and the hulk would be much faster than any jedi, how fast could someone move that can jump 3-6kms at a time?

Could go either way. While like has a lightsaber and the force + Jedi wisdom, Hulk could still use the thunder clap to knock him on his ass, then jump-crush the little fella. Hulk is pretty sick right now too, It may take some effort to cut through Hulk's skin. He's no chump at the cantina.

Luke is not the most powerful... far from it Mabeye Revan or Cadeus probably cadeus with that time manipulatuin
^ first of all lol at this. First off Revan isn't even among the top 10 most powerful force users. And Luke owned Cadeus.
And I think Luke could easily TK the hulk and keep him at a distance in this fight to earn a win. Luke can support At-STs with the force during the original trilogy no reason he can't throw a charging Hulk.
Luke via BFR with Fold Space. For all intents and purposes he could just render himself utterly invisible so as to prevent the Hulk from noticing him at all, and erasing Hulk's memory of himself to prevent any sudden outbursts, which Luke could likely repel with Barrier anyways, and he could teleport with Fold Space to avoid thunderclaps and ground smashes. And honestly, if people such as Joruus C'baoth could potentially beat the Hulk via TP, then Luke should have no issues beating the Hulk in such a fashion either.
@shootingnova: How did Joruus C'baoth became potentially able to TP Hulk? Was it a crossover? How is Luke going to erase Hulk's memories? BFR i guess is always Ok...
1. That was the decided outcome when TheAcidSkull and I discussed whether Joruus could TP the Hulk for a win or not. TheAcidSkull considered C'baoth's TP feats to be sufficient to potentially be able to beat the Hulk solely via that route. Luke, who is substantially (in fact, vastly) superior to C'baoth in that regard, should certainly be able to win via TP in that case.
2. Because Luke's TP is sufficient to erase the Hulk's memory of him (Luke). That's something that even lesser Force users have done before.
@ghostravage: Joruus C'baoth Mind Controlled the entire populace of the Chimaera, which was 37, 000, and has used Mind Control on beings light years away from him, as well as incapacitating Jedi with TP. I'd say that should cut it.
