It would. You know me; Luke is my favorite character. He could beat either one individually just about every time, but both at once is a little much. 
 
Although, maybe I spoke too soon. You and I have been discussing our theory about whether or not Luke's spirit can become a threat on its own. He did contribute to the mass Force Light that eliminated Exar Kun's Essence. Do you think that would matter here?
