Ventress has no speed feats that exceed Luke's. In fact, if anything, Luke's speed feats outstrip Ventress'. Luke has ran invisibly fast, deflected fire from a dozen shooters simultaneously, perceived ships flying at sublight speeds in slow motion, struck fast enough to produce afterimages of his blade, waved his lightsaber fast enough to form "tapestries" out of his blurring motions, timed his blows to within the span of a thought, viewed superhumanly fast characters in slow motion, etc. Ventress is only equal to him in speed at best. None of her speed showings outweigh his at all.
For physical strength? Luke has performed hand stands on one thumb and carried Vader on his back while injured from the Emperor's Lightning. Ventress has never replicated those.
Skill? Ventress has stalemated Obi-Wan and beaten Jeisel and K'Kruhk. Luke has beaten Lumiya, fought as an equal with Flint without being interested in fighting him, and fought as a perfect equal with Vader. Contrarily, Ventress usually loses to Anakin, who at his best was only a rival of RotJ Vader. Luke supersedes Asajj in skill.
Power? Ventress might have evinced more raw telekinetic strength than Luke has (however, if I really wanted to, I could probably make the case that Luke's TK feats are tantamount to Ventress') but has not duplicated Luke's telekinetic range or precision. More than that, Luke knows a number of other powers Ventress has never demonstrated, some of which could be beneficial to him here, such as Dun Moch or his telepathic abilities (Ventress was once incapacitated telepathically by Fay).
Luke would win a majority, though not easily. It should be a solid majority though, around 8/10.
