Round 1:
- No prep
- Morals on
- Fight takes place in boxing gym
Round 2:
- No prep
- Morals off
- Fight takes place in boxing gym
Round 3:
- 20 minutes prep
- Fight takes place in streets of Manhattan
- Luke Cage has 2 mp5's
Cage's thunderclap is so mighty, that even a grown woman of average physical characteristics can be perfectly unharmed after being subjected to it.Luke Cage shoots him in the head, I'm mean, he's known for his accuracy and everything.
Quite honestly, I don't see Cage tagging him. Even the Thunderclap is kinda meh.

ahahahahahaha
1. Luke Cage. Spidey's too slow and Luke has evidenced far better hand to hand.
2. Spider-Man once again loses. Moral's off, he will be reckless and too easily hit. Luke will tag him 10 times to Spidey's one. Cage's combat reflex feats are the bomb.
3. Peter loses round three as well. He is not so smart, and is terrible with prep. He has no advantageous gadgets at his disposal. Cage, on the other hand, has demonstrated brilliant strategy. Leading his team of Avengers to getting their arses handed to them time and again ... but surviving the experience. Yes. Luke Cage.

Lol. Did Luke get some kind of power upgrade? At first he was a 10 tonner like Spidey. If that and a tough hide is all he has Peter will kick his @$$ with his agility and speed.
Spidey rocks him harder than Osborn did.

Yeah I'm going to have to go ahead and disagree with everything about this post. Even the ampersand.
Luke Cage can tank Spider-Man's hits, but it'll be painful. Spider-Man takes all 3 rounds this due to his agility, reflexes, and tactics, moral off makes it worst.
Luke Cage can only beat Spider-Man if some random chance makes him becomes off-guarded. Spider-Man will takes 8/10 of the time.

Too bad the above two posters can't differentiate. :P

Look up the word "facetious" folks.
If you didn't notice the role reversal injected there between Luke and Peter in my commentaries then, well, there's really not much more to say.
I think Luke Cage has the edge with morals on, with morals off Spiderman buries him in web until he suffocates.

Spider-Man can hurt Luke Cage?
I don't think strength and durability always correlate with each other. Luke Cage's internal is vulnerable as much as normal human. Spider-Man's 10-ton kick may not pierce Cage's skin, but he could gave him a lot of concussion and maybe internal hemorrhage.

Peter isn't smart???? are you kidding me , you obviously have no Knowledge of the Character, he is very good with prep and is far more open-minded in the field to come up with good ideas, spider-man wins all three round. next time do some research, Just because spidey likes to crack jokes done't mean he is not smart, was luke able to design web-shooters at the age of 15, yeah i didn't think so
Damn you blokes are gullible.
Reread my post, carefully. Now, read my response to other posters who cannot read sarcasm even when it's posted in neon lights.
Notice, everything I wrote about Parker applies far more to Luke Cage ... get it?

Luke cage is a lot more durable then the average human. His organs have always remained unharmed.
@jeanroygrant: Spider-man should be able to hurt cage. Cage can't be to much more durable then the rhino so spider-man should be able to hurt him. But even if he cannot current spider-man knows nerve strikes which have shown to be effective on cage.
Spider man can sense danger so what ever Luke Cage throws at him he'll miss plus he haves super human strength being to left and throw object triple his size and as far as i know he took on more deadly and stronger enemy's
Luke cage can't beat spiderman cuz he would never be able to hit him. He don't have enhanced speed or reflexes so I dnt see how his strength will be much help.
