Luke Cage vs Daredevil(mcu)

Luke is unarmed while Matt has his second suit and billy clubs.

Luke thinks Matt killed his wife while Matt thinks Luke boned Karen Page. Bloodlusted fight. Who wins?

@those_eyes: By targetting one spot again and again. Or he could just go for the eyes. Because knowing Luke he will probably brag by saying something like "YOU CAN'T HURT ME! MY SKIN IS UNBREAKABLE".

Luke wins. He's on a completely different power level. Guy is taking power says to the gut like nothing. Matt simply can't hurt him.

Cage, Matt can't keep him down.

@cochise: Unless he targets the same place over and over again. It's already been proven that his internal organs still take damage even if his skin is unbreakable.

@those_eyes: What do you mean "yae..uh no." How is Matt hurting Luke a long shot? Luke almost died after getting shot by a shotgun and a needle went through his eye with zero difficulty.

@those_eyes: in a thread regarding two characters fighting from a brand new tv show you didn't think people would post spoilers? It doesn't need to be posted in the title because it's common sense. It's like needing to spray paint the word "breathe" on every street corner.

Jessica was beating him a lot before that and couldn't keep him down for long. Given that a bat to the back of the head did virtually nothing to Cage Matt hitting him with his sticks or fists aren't gonna have any lasting effects on Cage Matt can't generate nearly as much force as a shotgun shell at point blank range. Likewise Cage isn't just gonna let Matt gouge his eyes out. The moment Matt tries it Cage hits him and sends him flying.

Luke stomps. Daredevil simply cannot hurt him and when Luke eventually gets his hands on him it's over

@john_doe_0897: Agreed. Daredevil here isn't comic version. He has trouble 1v1 with random dudes, although he did take Nobu (who was a businessman? So maybe not as skilled as we think.) he also nearly lost many fights. Almost died against the redhead guy he was representing. Whereas Luke takes on 5 armed thugs at once, flips 500+lb tables with one hand casually, hits people so hard they fly into walls and do backflips, etc., This version of DD isn't taking him at all, maybe comic DD vs. MCU Luke would be better, but so far Matt is street-level in MCU while Luke is above anyone on TV but Lash, Sif, the Kree guy, Quake, maybe Lincoln, and that's it off the top of my head.

Seriously? Nobu being a businessman as a day job takes away from the fact that he's a lethal Hand ninja? Oliver Queen and Malcolm Merlyn are businessmen, guess they're unskilled too, right?

And John Healy was a hitman capable of speedblitzing two guys twice his size and taking hits from a bowling ball.

But Luke still wins, anyway.

Porter did it. Owlsley did it. Vladimir did it. Fisks Killers did it. Bunch of henchmen did it on occasion. And all of these guys got affected by Matts punches. Cage can literally hit Matt, while he is punching him. Sure Matt dodges him more often then not, but eventually he gets hit and Fisks punches are nothing compared to Lukes.

Luke stomps. Matt can never hope to put him down.

Of course Luke can tag Matt. This is MCU Daredevil, not 616 Daredevil. MCU Daredevil gets tagged by normal folks often enough. And when Luke tags DD, DD is getting KO'd.

@fatherchaos: Prove Nobu is a skilled assassin. For all you know this is the first fight he had. Oliver and Malcolm have tons of proof of them winning fights and also training with LoA and others. Nobu has no proof. Bad example IMO.

And that is far from the only time Matt almost lost in fights to regular unarmed thugs.

But we agree in principle.

Luke Cage

Nobu is stated to be one of the best assassins and leaders in his 'organization' (since they never mention the Hand by name) and Fisk stated to Wesley that he was afraid of him and that's why they pitted him against Murdock. Not to mention his skill demonstration against Murdock, who gets beat up most of the time not due to lack of capability but because he goes out every night with zero superhuman enhancements and his worn down night after night. Merlin is 'skilled' because of his comparative fights with Oliver (who for the record I think is a more skilled fighter than Matt), it's no different with Nobu. I'm not saying who is more skilled between Nobu or Merlyn, but the knife cuts both ways.

Anyway, Luke should win this. Matt really has no way to put him down, however I think his suit could take a beating from Luke before giving in. It took a rebar pipe swung like a bat from Kingpin to it's helmet and didn't even scratch. Matt just doesn't have the output or demonstrated precision to hit vulnerable areas.

Matt gets tired way too quickly. And he isn't taking a single hit from Luke and not getting dropped.

Luke should win convincingly. Matt struggled with Kingpin's strength and durability, Luke Cage makes Kingpin look like a little girl in both of those categories

Mismatch.....Luke has unbreakable skin. DD is not even a brute!

Luke. Complete mismatch to be honest, it'll take a while, but there's really no chance of Matt winning this.

Daredevil can win by bfr. He isn't wining in a straight fight.

Matt can't hurt him.

Cage takes this one as of now. Would be a sweet battle to witness.

Matt has literally no means of damaging Luke, his head gets popped like a grape

Luke also should be like 50x more bloodlusted than Matt considering the conditions of the OP :P
