Luffy wins easily, if all zealot is capable of are lighting speeds.

@lowlaville: I disagree that Luffy would win easily. If he can pass through the shield of a Zealot, zealots can tank some heavy hits.

In this scan the Zealot took multiple shots from a C-14 Rifle. C-14 Rifle fires Hyper-sonic 8 mm spikes that can penetrate 2 inches of steel plating.

@dinosorcerer: lmao.... took bullets? Seriously. Luffy is immune to bullets, and cannon balls, and blunt force attacks. His strength is monstrous. Pre timeskip he was lifting a 700 ton ball and still moving around. He has punched a humungous octopus monster 1000 feet underwater and still beat it. He can react to teleportation speed, dodge point blank explosions.

@lowlaville: Yes, I know that Luffy is immune to bullets but I am saying that Zealots at bare can handle painful hits. Can you provide me a source about the 700 ton ball, I don't recall seeing that in the manga or in the show. I only remember Zoro lifting a huge cannon ball in the one piece special that is a prelude? to the movie z.

Also bullets of the marines in piece is not the same as the bullets in Starcraft Universe.

np and you are right, luffy is only immune against the "round" bullets in one piece, normal bullets should hurt him. What weapons do the Zealot use, or is this "turn into energy" thingy all they have?

Oh yeah I agree, pointy bullets will make a difference.

I don't know why do people keep telling that golden ball had 700 T. Just by looking at it, it should be obvious it is much less than 700.

And if you can't see that just by looking at it, than you can as easily calculate its mass.

A ball has radius around 1 m

To calculate volume: ((4/3) pi r ³)=4.186m3

Density of gold is 19,300 kg/m3

So mass is around 80790kg or slightly more than 80T

Edit: I just rewatched the scans, it's looks like the radius is closer to 1.5 m than 1m, which means it had around 266 tons. I have to admit, that's much more than I estimated

Hell, on some drawings it looks like it's radius is even larger than 1,5m. Damn you Oda and your inconsistent drawings!!

Also the density of Gold surprised me as well, I expected it to be around 5000-10 000 kg/m3.

Luffy = 27 Pixels = 1.72 meters

Ball = 80 pixels = 5.09 meters / 2 = 2.545 meters

Sphere volume = pi x (4/3) x r^3 =

( 22 / 7) x ( 4 / 3) x (2.545 ^ 3) = 69 m ^ 3

Density = 19.3 tons/m^3

69 x 19.3 = 1331.7 Tons

jup it's valid, it's just that the ball has inconsistent size. here for example it's radius appears to be less than 2m

@mortein: Close ups do appear inconsistant with the far up images of the ball. But overall, I think it does carry the same dimensions.

Make this against a Templar and it would be fair.

@dinosorcerer: Im quite interested in Starcraft's Manga... where did you find it? Also, is there any other Blizzard mangas?

@ghostravage: Starcraft had a miniseries as far as I remmember and there is lot of Warcraft Mangas like Sunwell Trilogy and a series that focuses on one shot tales.

I'm not sure if one without shields could beat Luffy, but the with shields they definitely could. Luffy really can't break the shields, unfortunately.

This certainly changes what I thought about Luffy. I thought that skypiea saga Luffy was barely able to lift 100T. If he was able to jump, punch, run with a golden ball which was at least few hundred thousand kg heavy (possibly much more), then he should be able to lift over 1000 tons, easily.

Would you dare to speculate how many times is current Luffy stronger than skypiea Luffy?

lol yeah, this was way before his Gears, or Haki. Hes much stronger. He was able to punch a gigantic octopus monster underwater (weakened punch because being underwater and all), and defeat it. It was still estimated around 200 kilotons, the Elephant Gun. This was done in Gear 3 + Armament Haki. Literally speaking, the elephant gun had some 200k metric tons of striking force, underwater. I can post the calculations etc, if you want.

@ratava: Sorry for the late reply, I had the post limit on me. Anyway, their weapon is the psionic blade that is created by their psionic powers and amplified by their armor/suit. They also can use telepathy and mindwipe their enemy but I did not add that in here because I thought that might be a huge disadvantage for Luffy since One Piece doesn't have that type of power(yet?).

@dinosorcerer: Yes, they may be. But they are far stronger and have much more skill than a simple zealot. All a zealot does is stab stab stab and then shout "For Aiur!"
