@highaccuser: Ohnoki and Mei could, but they probably wouldn't get the chance.
Onoki's best speed feat is keeping up with Deidara's bird, but he could barely react to a version of Sasuke that's slower than Pre-Timeskip Luffy and way slower than anyone here. I don't remember speed feats from Mei.
Does Gaara get his beast back? If so the Kage have a 4/10 chance of winning because Gaara's speed, strength, and amount of Chakra would increase. And if push comes to shove he can unleash it and flood the place with deadly sand capable of suffocating his opponents with a short amount of time and effort. Aka Sand prism, Sand Burial.
OP team. Gaara and Raikage are the only ones I think can contend in speed but they can't hurt Sabo.
...These ninjas can use sealing techniques. Tsunade can use her summon, mizukage can use her kekkei genkai (lava which is superior to Sabo) and Gaara can use his sand sealing techniques.
The dumb stat difference means the OP team win easily, Tsuande, Mei and Oniki get one-shotted by anything the OP team do if serious, the Raikage and Gaara last a little while longer but they get overwhelmed shortly after
@lowlaville: They have no sealing techs that would work on Sabo. Tsunade and Mei would get blitzed before they can do anything and the summon would get one-shotted. Mizukage would just generally fail to tag them with anything. Gaara can go 50/50 with any of the M3 but can't do anything to Sabo.
@highaccuser: @longman: I hope you are not being serious. The basic of the basic sealing techniques in Naruto world can seal elements like fire and water. Jiraiya taught Naruto this once. An expert like mizukage, gaara and tsunade with known prowess in sealing techniques can utilize a lot of methods to seal these guys.
They were after all sealing edo tensei bodies, limitless chakra and basically undead, like most logia.

They don't have any actual feats of doing it to someone made of fire. And of those three you mentioned Gaara is the only one who has the speed to make a difference.
They weren't doing that. They were holding them in place till other people could bring the seals. There's no evidence they carry sealing tags as standard.
@morgrim: Color of observation they can literally close their eyes and sense them. The stat difference is huge and though the kages do have ways of winning this fight, it is still unlikely that they can execute in time due to the overwhelming number of characters that can one-shot any one of the kages then the Kages them.
A serious Sabo or Luffy could both arguably solo. Out of character Zoro and Sanji can also arguably tag team this. All of them together makes this a stomp.
Luffy and his team get their asses kicked. The Kages are seasoned war tacticians. Most characters in one piece especially Luffy win with brute force and sheer luck. Luffy's stupidity would be his down fall against such brain power and coordination. Lmao all one piece fans are the same with their "the sky is the limit" way of thinking
