Well how will wally get rid off him ? even if wally rips his heart out , its just a vessel for lucifer right ? and these guys also travel almost anywhere in a second, but yea wally might be too much for him

The snap won't happen, as soon as he sees Lucifer's arm rising his reactions will kick in seeing his movements in slow motion. After that he runs through multiple scenarios in his brain a couple of times faster than light to conclude that it probably won't be good for him to let this creepy looking guy do anything, so he either knocks him out or steals his kinetic energy leaving him a statue.

Except Wally never reacts that fast and would be more confused as to why Lucifer is snapping and would brace himself to dodge more than likely. Also he can't knock him out or steal his kinetic energy. He's an archangel and thus immune to all damage except by a fellow Archangel. Even the Colt which kills everything didn't affect him much at all.

Except Wally never does that in character or every villain would be a statue. He only does it in extreme situations or to other speedsters. Hell he caught an entire beating from Amazo before even thinking about it.

Yes, he has got a reason to stop the snapping of fingers as SirNeko already pointed out. He has also started some fights with a blitz, it's rather absurd that you would state he's never done that.
He doesn't. He's not the aggressive type unless he has knowledge. And he has no reason to suspect a snap of fingers does anything. Unless he's constantly freaking out whenever everyone in the world does it.
And none of this changes the fact that he can't even hurt Lucifer.

Im leaning toward Lucifer...has wally stolen kinetic energy from a being like lucifer before...like spectre, LM, etc...you know...a being that is of the supernatural on the level of an angel before...

In the 56 years since Wally has been around, yes he has speed blitzed people right off the bat on more than one occasion. Also he doesn't need to speed blitz him or hurt him at all to win.

Lucifer won't be speed stolen. it's blatantly shown and stated that Archangels are only hurt by Archangel level powers. Plus Lucifer can still think and thus possess another body, possibly Wally's. And Wally doesn't speed steal often, and it'd be too late by the time he did.
@darkraiden: Entire beating from Amazo? You mean when he stole his speed? They were fighting in high speed, the whole fight lasted less than a second.
I know. A snap takes the same time. A second. and Flash had to get beat down and nearly killed then he realized that Amazo could kill the JL, then he took his speed, and Amazo could still move, and fast enough to fight WW and Superman at that.
His speed steal is not auto-win. Nor is it first resort.

wally can pull of something with time travel like stealing an angel blade or something, because it really doesn't have to be an angel to kill an angel right? blades can and probably, the weapon death has it can reap anyone so its not like lucifer cannot die

Which does nothing. Lucifer's fight with Michael had planet-wide consequences. Lucifer is at least planet level DC, Universe level Reality manip by scaling/statements (he taught Gabriel).
