Lucifer Morningstar vs Sephiroth (With a Twist) Read first - Battles

Sephiroth after failing to defeat Cloud comes to the world of Marvel in which he is able to obtain the Heart Of The Universe and Infinity Gauntlet, and he gains full knowledge thanks to his experiences of being in the life stream. Lucifer also appears from the DC universe and ends up in the Marvel Universe. Who will win? The One Winged Angel or the Fallen Angel?

Both are at full power

Sephiroth gets one day of prep and has access to all of his abilities along with the HOTU, and Infinity Gauntlet

Bonus: Dialogue can also be included as I think this would be an interesting crossover battle of the angels.

Is it even necessary to post a battle like this, when you have to give a character an item that basically grants them omnipotence, to even put them remotely close to the level of the person they're fighting?

There's a reason it only appeared in like...half a dozen issues. Because it was a stupid idea.

IG is pretty worthless when you have HOTU, its like having an unbreakable armor from the outside and wearing a batman cape inside hoping it would increase durability.

Sephiroth only needs the HOTU to beat Lucifer Morningstar? How do people underrate this guy? Don't they know he has a spell that can destroy the same several planets multiple times? He probably only needs Stormbreaker & a GL ring to beat Thor. Serious tough guy.
