Lucifer should win, too many high showings (though Michael did smack down Spectre). Honestly, Lucifer and Michael should be equal considering their origin but eh, Lucifer's pulled off more crazy bullshit, one feat of which where he kills Michael (though a possessed, not in his right mind Michael).
