lucifer Morningstar runs the manipulation gauntlet

okay, recently there was a thread about whether or not lucifer can manipulate captain America into doing three things, and almost half the people thinks he can not, so I will make it more complicated.

RULES:

lucifer can only use manipulation.

all pre 52 DC characters

manipulation definition, use Wikipedia 'psychological manipulation' or merriam webster 'manipulation'.

lucifer must manipulate the character into killing an average everyday human being (American)

the gauntlet:

1. Optimus prime

2. green lantern Hal Jordan

3. Thor

4. batman

5. captain America

6. superman

please give reasons

Lucifer is WAY more smarter then anyone in this Gauntlet.

Mabye stops at Captain America, or clears; he is Will after all.

@beware_my_power: lol, I put him there because I remembered that little scruff with Manchester black. he stayed true to his principles and did not kill black even when he black revealed his secret identity to the villains, and made him think black killed Lois lane. black was so moved he erased the villains memories, and told him Lois was alive. @jwwprod: last time, there were like five or six people who said he can not manipulate cap because of his morals

He has divine-level intellect, that's too far above anyone here, no matter how strong-willed they are nobody can see through Lucifer's manipulation. He clears.

@fatherchaos: what I was thinking as well. If lucifer really wants them to do something, all he needs to do is up the ante just a tiny bit...

The real question is, what would happen if he tried to manipulate Deadpool?

i will say again the guy is the creator's will personified no way any of these guys (even if their will power and moral are truly inhuman) they are not winning against lucifer.

Stop's at Batman, who has already resisted the heaven's illusions in the New 52. No reason why he can't resist hell's.

He would say screw manipulation, Lucifer is gonna kill Deadpool lol. Or the closest thing to killing Deadpool.

Lucifer is the kind that can manipulate entities who can tell the future. All he has to do here is provide the proper threat, which will only be a slight problem when faced with 4 and 6. And even then, those two have limits on their morals (like Batman shooting Darkseid, making Superman think he's fighting Doomsday, who just crushed Lois).

Lucifer clears there are only 2 of the top of my head that I can name who are better manipulators and even then there is only a slight margin and that would be Tao (wildstorm) and John Con

@darkseid1006: actually, john is inferior to lucifer, and so is Tao. lucifers big three is will, fire (light bringer flames), and manipulation.

sorry for the mismatch though, it is just in the other thread, the most of the people who commented do not seem to know much about lucifer.

@those_eyes: well, 20% of the people here says he stops or might stop, but one of them was thinking of new 52 batman resisting something I have never heard of, and two others gave no reasons at all, the same two who said lucifer can not manipulate cap in your thread.
