Thanos and Darkseid finally cross paths as they decide to takeover the DC multiverse together along with the Marvel universe in which both have once again achieved great power and they run into Lucifer Morningstar along with his brother Michael who plan on putting an end to their scheme under the order of The Presence.

Thanos has HOTU

Darkseid has the Anti-Life Equation

No prep

All are at full power

Takes place in the DC universe within a separate realm and galaxy

micheal and lucifer=presence, and thanos only has part of the TOAA's power. so micheal and lucifer wins

Thanos dominates Yahweh's sons and then one-shots Darkseid for being utterly useless in this battle .

Its a stretch to presume that Lucifer can usurp the HoTI from Thanos . Lucifer has only ever manipulated the Dunamis Demiurgos during times when Michael was dying and was too weak to contain the power himself . And in combat Lucifer failed to manipulate Michael's energies aimed as offensive blasts at him , although he was being mind-controlled by Fenris in that instance .
